Qn: What happens after I placed an order?
Ans: You will receive an order confirmation email after you placed an order. Once your order is verified and your payment is approved, we will then arrange to ship your package within 1-5 business days. You'll receive another notification email with the tracking number once available.
Qn: Why didn't I receive any email confirmation for my order?
Ans: Kindly check your junk mail as the confirmation email may sometimes land in the junk mail. Please whitelist our email address(firstname.lastname@example.org) so that you are able to receive our email in your inbox.
Qn: When will my order arrive?
Ans: Delivery takes about 2 to 4 weeks. There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be certain unforeseen circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.
**Shipping times may be affected during public holidays while manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Normal service will resume immediately after each holiday.

Ans: You can check the status of your order via the notification email with tracking number by clicking 'view your order'.
Qn: Why do I receive my orders in separate packages?
Ans: We partner and work with manufacturers and artisans worldwide therefore for logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages from different locations. Please do not panic and keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
Qn: Do you ship internationally?
Ans: We will only be shipping to addresses within the US at the moment unless otherwise stated individually on the product page. However, we will soon be providing International shipping options for our customers worldwide!
Qn: What if I did not receive my order?
Ans: If your product hasn’t arrived within the estimated time please contact us so we can help resolve the matter! Email us at email@example.com.
Qn: My order is wrong, what should I do?

Qn: Do I have to pay custom tax or tariffs for the products?
Prices revealed on your respective receipt MIGHT be different from what you ordered but please do not worry! Usually what our fulfilment center would do is to mark as extremely low prices or mark the items as gifts altogether. This is to prevent tariffs/custom import duties being incurred on your end as for certain countries these additional charges are extremely costly.
Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be imposed by the customs department of the customer’s country.
